We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our Enterprise Microsoft Solutions (EMS) practice. Cardinal Solutions is a Microsoft Gold Partner and our EMS practice is well known for developing state-of-the-art solutions based on the .NET framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Team Foundation Server.
The .NET Developer handles web application development using the .NET framework and various Microsoft and open source tools and technologies. Responsibilities include design, development, and implementation of large and small scale .NET projects for a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
Requirements:
* .NET development (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET)
* Database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle)
* Microsoft .NET framework
* Object-oriented design and implementation
* Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) / Web services
* Windows desktop and server operating systems
* XML
Desired Skills:
* Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server (MOSS) / Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS)
* Team Foundation Server (TFS) / Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) exposure
* Unit testing tool familiarity; Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience
* ASP.Net 3.5 exposure
* Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) exposure
Candidates should have a BS/BA degree (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of two years relevant working experience in systems development and consulting.
Preferred candidates will also possess experience architecting, developing, and implementing software systems according to best practices in one or more of the following areas/industries: CRM, data warehousing, ERP, financial services, and insurance.
Certifications such as MCDBA, MCAD, MCSD, MCTS, or MCPD are a plus.
