Creative Financial Staffing is currently assisting a service company located in Bakersfield find an Accounting Assistant to join their growing staff!

Position:

This position is titled "Accounting Clerk" and in this position you will be responsible for:

Accounts Payable processingMatching, Batching and Coding invoices for paymentAudit invoices for accuracyWork with vendors on invoice paymentMaintain vendor filesBillingCash postingAccount Reconciliation

Requirements:

We are seeking individual with a minimum of 2+ years experience in an accounting clerk or accounts payable/receivable role.  Must be able show proficiency in Excel, Word and 10 key by touch.
