Hudson Highland is seeking an aggressive, self-motivated Sr. Account Executive for a Bethesda, MD based software company.  Ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new customer accounts, driving company revenue, and managing customer accounts

 

Duties:

Manages full sales cycle for enterprise software offering, sells products by cold calling and establishing contact with C-level Executives.Develops and maintains relationships with prospects; recommending solutionsProvides primary contact and client management for assigned clients Understands client’s business needs and proactively looks for ways to add value and improve client perceptions of products Cultivates relationships with decision makers at client organizations Identifies and facilitates opportunities for additional revenue generation Works with internal operational groups to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently Keeps updated on all company product offerings and attends training as needed

 

·         Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 4-year college degree 5+ years successful experience in Enterprise Software Sales Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales objectives Strong focus on customer service, with proven ability to build strong customer relationships Experience managing a full sales cycle, with excellent prospecting, “solution selling,” and closing skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under demanding deadlines Proficient with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
