RSI Home Products Sales,  Inc America's leading manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen cabinets, has an immediate District Manager of Sales and Service position to service and promote our product lines in the world's largest home improvement retailer.  The position covers the following territory: Minnesota. 

 

The position of District Manager of Sales and Service plays a critical role in building brand awareness and customer loyalty while increasing sales and customer value through outstanding service.  Successful individuals will be responsible for increasing market share within a given geographic territory through product knowledge training, identification of creative merchandising opportunities, maintain in-stock inventory positions and effectively assist and support identified service group members to ensure exceptional in store execution and presentation of displays and products.

 

This individual must be self‑motivated and goal oriented with a passion to achieve sales, marketing and merchandising objectives.  Knowledge of The Retail Home Improvement Industry and bathroom cabinetry business is beneficial, but not required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify sales and merchandising opportunities and influence key decision-makers to take action. Effectively manage aisle and retail product presentation, rate of sale, and set integrityImplement and manage new product launch and marketing programs in store.Supervise and manage Return To Vendor merchandise policy and procedures.Coordinate and manage new store sets and resets.Coordinate and execute retail promotional product activities and events at store level.Coordinate and execute formal and informal product training sessions with service groups, retail associates and end-users.Provide end-user home calls and technical support if required.Effective use of PDA Management to develop store profiles, call plans, and presentations. District management and store objective planning and management.

 

Minimum Requirements

Four year (4) college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written and presentation).Ability to work independently and support promotional events.Ability to travel overnight (50% to 70%) and excellent driving recordPosition may require frequent lifting, up to 50 lbs and may require reaching, pushing/pulling, climbing, stooping, kneeling and bending and working in a variety of weather conditions.
