POSITION SUMMARY
1. Be an integral member of the Lucky Strike Entertainment team.
2. Strategic partner to GM in defining market specific opportunities and the role special events play in delivering
annual financial targets.
3. Lead Event Sales process – Meet quarterly/annual financial targets, develop market assessment, oversee
annual and quarterly event sales budgets, planning process, identify new business opportunities, and generate
leads.
4. Establish visible position within local agencies such as I.S.E.S., M.P.I., Chamber of Commerce and Visitor and
Convention Bureau as a means to champion the brand, build brand awareness, and drive incremental sales and
traffic.
5. Work closely with marketing counterpart and National Director of Special Events to achieve aforementioned goals.
6. Periodically, present best practices to peer group for share and learn opportunities.
SKILLS REQUIRED
The successful candidate will have a B.A. or B.S. coupled with 5 to 7 years of solid sales experience with 3 to 4 years specifically focused in Hotel, Hospitality, Restaurant or Entertainment Event Sales. The candidate must be guest-driven; team oriented, and possess strong negotiating skills. She/he will also have exceptional presentation skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities.
