Field Service Engineer (Réf.US2328) Engineer will be required to work independently or as part of a team based on customer/contract requirements. Good communications skills are a must. Technical skills will be considered the foundation of this position to deliver contract services, provide sales support, and opportunities for revenue growth. This position will be focused on the Bailey product lines and ABB 800xA. A good working knowledge of Microsoft and FDI's will be a plus.This person will need to be self motivated and self directed to accommodate the numerous customer responsibilities.   Work experience:DCS Systems Maintenance (Bailey desired), Process Control, Batch Experience desired, Service engineering skills associated with Chemical and Paper customers is very important. A good working knowledge of multiple ABB systems and customer satisfaction skills. Effective skills with a wide range of ABB system types is important. A working knowledge of advanced communications such as FDI's and networking would be a plus. Exceptional troubleshooting skills to put it all together to solve most problems. The candidate will need to have a strong working knowledge of Chemical & paper plant operation. Great communication skills will be a key asset and one that should result in an assertive style of action while maintaining customer empathy. A good understanding of the technical aspects of a distributive control system is a must. Knowledge of the 800xA product line would be another key asset.
