Manufacturing Engineer

You will use your knowledge of CNC machining centers, product design, materials and assembly processes, to improve safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing facility as you develop and refine manufacturing processes.   

Lead continuous improvement projects such as cycle time, setup time, and inventory reduction, along with performing work space and work force utilization studies.  Use lean philosophies such as one piece flow, kanban, and 5S, and Six Sigma. 

Create and maintain assembly and machining procedures for a wide range of processes along with manual and robotic welding operations.
