Who we Seek:
We currently seek a Marketing Director for our Stamford, CT location. This individual will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans. Another primary responsibility will be to develop new media and online marketing campaigns that drive the evolution of the BTS and BTS Interactive brands.
Responsibilities include:
· Oversee Internet advertising including “pay per click” campaigns, organic rankings, online advertising, and search engine optimization
· Develop and execute strategic marketing communications to drive corporate branding and awareness
· Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies
· Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies
· Coordinate conference activities to help identify new business opportunities
· Write press releases and case studies
· Work with third party vendors to outsource services when necessary
Ideal Candidates will have:
· BS/BA in Marketing or related field
· Minimum 5 years marketing experience at a small to mid-size professional services organization
· Experience with new media and internet advertising
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
· Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
