ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

*   Key role in future growth of the company

*   Build and maintain financial reporting , handle the Open to Buy

*   Analyze reports and determine appropriate actions to take

*   Work cross functionally to develop strategies to maximize sales and profit

*   Partner with the Merchandising Team in merchandise selection, product design, development and allocation

*   Make decisions on what goes where and how much, by utilizing data that is given to you.

*   Take personal accountability for delivering results

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

*   Minimum of 3 years planning experience

*   Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

*   Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills

*   Strong strategic thinking abilities

*   Outside the box thinking and creativity

*   4 year degree
