NY-NY Region PMO, Quality and Sales Support Two rotational positions are available in the NY-NJ Region PMO, Quality, Sales Support Group. This is an internal group that supports various internal processes around delivery management, quality, and sales. The positions have high-visibility with direct contact with the Business Unit Leadership Team, Sales Leads, and Project Management. The positions provide a very good opportunity for the incumbent to learn CGI Corporate and Business Unit processes/procedures and to gain a broad view of the client engagements and sales opportunities within the Business Unit. The positions are rotational to allow Members to gain experience working on internal operations, as well as client engagements, as part of Member growth and development. The positions are in the PMO, Quality, and Sales Support group for the NY-NJ Region Business Unit (BU). The positions report to the PMO Director and are involved in various activities for which the group is responsible, which include, but are not limited to, the following: • Project Management Office (PMO) – Delivery Management Support o Monthly Engagement Health Check Reporting o Engagement Delivery Reviews o Monitoring of Work at Risk Process (WAR) o Consultation to Engagements on the Client Partnership Management Framework (CPMF) • Quality Support o Maintenance of the NY-NJ Region BU Quality System o Facilitation / Execution of Internal Quality System Audits o Coordination of Annual QMI Audits o Client Satisfaction Assessment Program (CSAP) Processing and Reporting o Coordination of CPMF Training o Tracking and Reporting of Non-Conformities to the Quality Process o Monthly Reporting to BU Leaders on Quality Updates o Implementation of Records Retention Policy within the BU o Updating of BU Process Documentation, based on New/Updated CGI Policies/Frameworks • Sales Support o Training and Support on the PSA (PeopleSoft Sales Activity) Application (a.k.a. Sales Funnel) o Production and Distribution of Various Sales Reports to the Leadership Team and Sales Team o Distribution and Tracking of Lead Referrals, submitted via the Enterprise Portal o Training and Support to the Sales Team on the BU Sales Management Process o Participation in Sales Opportunity Step Reviews • Other o Implementation of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) o Maintenance and Support of the BU SharePoint Sites o Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Control Testing ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED •Experience managing client engagements and/or being a team leader on large engagements •Experience working on multiple client engagements, as a member, team lead, and/or manager •Understanding of project management and risk management methodologies •Strong written and verbal communications skills •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask •Excellent interpersonal skills and “client”-facing skills (“clients” for this role are internal CGI Members, including Sector Leads, Project Managers, Sales Leads, and Operations Managers) •Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team •Demonstrated ability to analyze/assess current processes and determine ways to streamline and make more efficient •Proactive, self-starter, willing to take initiative •Strong experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint Nice to have requirements: Familiarity with CGI Corporate, US, and Business Unit frameworks and processes Founded in 1976, CGI Group Inc. is one of the largest independent information technology and business process services firms in the world.
