Position Description

Outbound Dialer Specialist

 

Individual must have extensive Call Center management skills.Must possess strong team leadership, motivational and coaching skills.Being technically astute with experience in outbound dialer systems technology is required.                             Having a consultative coaching style and extensive interviewing and hiring experience is also a must for this position.The ability to establish performance goals and to meet sales targets and efficiency levels is the primary objective of this position.
