We are seeking an experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer to support the design and build activities of Low to Medium voltage power distribution products.

The candidate must have proven experience in supporting the day to day manufacturing activities of vacuum controllers in a matrixed and lean manufacturing environment. In addition, the candidate should be well rounded, highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic with good communication and solid problem solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture. Need to be able to think strategically and view the business from a general management standpoint. Must be very customer focused and have strong interpersonal and communications skills. Will need to be a quick study who can rapidly adapt to Client's culture and gain the confidence of the organization. This person will be high energy and able to handle conflict. Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.

Education and/or Experience:

5-7 years of Engineering experience

BS or BA Degree in Electrical Engineering required

MBA a Plus

Superior selling skills to influence others.

Familiarity with various manufacturing process technologies
