Responsibilities:

·         Oversees subordinate associates’ sales and lending activities.

·         Controls damage and prevents losses to company and customer assets.

·         Maintains exceptional customer service through 100% application of Value’s standards.

·         Have full charge P&L responsibilities.

·         Establishes daily/weekly/monthly store performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         At least three years of full charge management responsibilities in retail, rent-to-own, restaurant or related industries.

·         Experience demonstrating responsibility of P&L in a retail organization.

·         Bilingual English/ Spanish.

·         Possess effective organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work a varied schedule that could include working nights, weekends and holidays.

·         Have an understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit need to grow a retail operation.

Benefits:

·         Salary ranges from $40K to $70K depending on experience.
