Cardinal Solutions is currently looking for a Systems Analyst.  This person will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the integration strategy and design to move data from a new application to the Enterprise Data Warehouse.  The Systems Analyst will work with Business Analysts, Architects, and Technical Leads.  This person will assist in the development of the interface approach, provide detail mapping and technical design documents to the ETL technical lead.

Requirements:

·        4 Year degree in an IT related field.

·        5+ years of experience in design and support of data warehousing

applications particularly as it applies to integration processes.

·        Proficient in SQL

·        Experience working with conversion and interfaces programs between

Oracle and other systems.

·        Experience with Database concepts, and ability to read data models

·        Experience writing both high level and detailed designs.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

·        Ability to navigate technical issues and evaluate risk.

·        Demonstrated track record of successful system and project

implementations.

·        Strong problem solving, analysis, design and documentation skills.

·        Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:

·        Experience in Retail is a plus.

·        Experience with Mercury Quality Center is desired.

·        Experience in Oracle Retail Suite Applications (e.g. RMS, ReSA) is

another plus.
