We are recruiting a full time spot for our client in NYC - large financial / trading house.

Essential skill sets

- excellent in both writing and oral communication

- Training experience

- client facing experience

- good understanding of business operation between front and

back office

- good understanding of Life of Trade

- good understanding of large scale application infrastructure

- able to troubleshoot trading application and lead systems

outage conf call

- project management

- 5 -7 years working experience in this type of role

Nice to have:

- specialize on any of the asset class ( Equities,

Futures/options, Fixed Income, FX, Money Market, Commodities)

- some development background

- some experience with database

- Sales operation

- IBD operation

Responsibilities:

- new client/user onboarding

- day to day Trade inquiry

- QA testing

- Project management

- user training

- application installation
